Wow, it has been awhile since I posted. I don't even really have much to write, I just was tired of seeing the same entry at the top of my journal. Anyway, things have been crazy at work, as usual, and they are back to blocking
mistresseditor 's emails. I'm pretty sure this time she ended up on our company's "junk sender" listing due to the inordinate amount of spam coming from her adress; I'm not really sure what else it could be.
I have yet to be as inspired as
pattiquest in regards to any graduate school application plans. I think I'm only applying to Temple, so that cuts down on the decision making and essay-writing time; however, I probably should stop thinking about it that way, right? Like, maybe focus on the studying and work I DO have to do? That can be my goal for next week - start the studying!
In the spirit of New Year's, I think that's my resolution - get into grad school. Well, that and join Netflix, which I finally accomplished, after talking about it for the past 6 months. I've never really watched a lot of movies, so I'm going to make an effort to sort of catch up on classic movies that everyone else in the world has seen. So, if anyone has any recommendations, please let me know! Unfortunately, Netflix also has an extensive TV on DVD collection, so my queue is currently filled with "Freaks and Geeks" and Buffy, both of which I've always wanted to watch. But eventually I'll get to the movies...
Hmm. This sort of clarifies the lack of motivation when it comes to studying, doesn't it?
